To alleviate a plugged nose and post nasal drip, I have had success with putting Peppermint oil on my tongue and rubbing it on the roof of my mouth.

I put a drop or two of the RC oil blend on the bottom of my feet at night to avoid a stuffy nose.

Adding a few drops of Lemon oil to water will also help the body to come into better pH balance.
