I was in need of a liver cleanse and according to Hulda Clark in her book before one undergoes a liver cleanse, the kidneys should be cleansed.
I chose to use the K & B tincture to cleanse my kidneys. This was a very simple product to use putting three half droppers in water three times a day.
I did this for six weeks with no adverse side effects.
I felt like my bladder was voiding more thoroughly and I had one dream where I passed a large stone.
