After a recent visit to my chiropractor, I mentioned excessive fatigue, moodiness, anxiety, and after testing me she believed my adrenals were shutting down.

I came home, did some research on adrenals, and sure enough every single symptom I had.

Nutmeg was the first oil I tried.

I applied a drop or two of the oil directly to my adrenal area on my back once a day and I am truly feeling more energy and way less anxiousness.

I love the smell as well!
