I've had a chronic cough and runny nose for 7 years, since having pneumonia and taking antibiotics. It's exhausting and annoying for family and co-workers. Here's what I did: I drank 1 oz. apple cider with Thieves oil 3 to 4 times a day. At night I used a Cypress and Eucalyptus Blue oils on my chest, back, stomach and feet.

I didn't have any V-6 , so I used another carrier oil for the oils I put on my body. I also used Clove and Thyme oils (kept trying different ones). After a couple of days, I started coughing up huge amounts of mucus--I couldn't believe the amount that came up! I grabbed Lavender oil by accident and put a drop into an ounce of apple cider vinegar. I drank that and it calmed my cough right down. Then I put Lemongrass oil on my feet and Eucalyptus Blue on my chest, neck, nose, sinuses, and stomach. I had a wonderful sleep and haven't had a coughing attack since. This is a huge relief; I had tried many other remedies that didn't work. Now I'll know what to do if I start coughing again.
