Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

In the summer I often have a smoothie for breakfast. I usually add berries and at times orange juice to it. This morning I had no OJ but was craving a citrus taste and did not have Orange oil.

I had the Citrus Fresh blend, Lemon and Tangerine. I had never used my Tangerine oil in food so I decided to try it. I made this awesome berry smoothie and had to share it:

* 12 oz of coconut or almond milk

* 1 scoop of protein powder

* 3/4 cup of frozen berries

* 2 drops Tangerine Oil

Blend it and enjoy! I'm sure you can come up with other additions or options.
