I used to have some trouble falling sleep. Sometimes I would even need to take pills to help me fall sleep.

Then I was told to pour a few drops of Lavender essential oil into my hands and then do some deep inhalations. I also rubbed some Lavender into my pillow. Oh my goodness!! I have been sleeping so well ever since.

Everything helps... the deep breathing, the aromatherapy, and the belief that I will find relaxation through meditation.

I recommend that you use Lavender too!
