I have been using oils for about 3 years now and use then for everything. I recently had another child and he develop thrush. I mixed Thieves with V-6 oil and the thrush went away within a few days. For myself, I increased the intake of NingXia Red and started with Inner Defense and we have not had a recurrance.
I also noted that on the days I put Valor on my milk production is greater.
