I am a 51 year old, engaged in a full lifestyle including a busy family and social life with a home based business. Studying and computor work has been a challenge as I struggle with eyestrain.

Several years ago, I was unable to view a computor screen without a major headache. Now I am able to read and have frquent computer sessions. My vision prescription has remained the same for six years. I take 2 ounces of NinjXia Red daily. I use several blends of oils as outlined in the essential oils reference book desk reference. The EYE Blend and apply the Vita Flex on my feet.

Also the Headache blend and apply to temples and back of neck. I use Deep Relief on my lower back. I use Peace & Calming in my diffuser for a full night's sleep. I use Lavender for a bath soak. I use Joy and Abundance during the long winter months here in Michigan. Thank you Young Living for enhancing the quality of daily living!
