Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I am Suzie, a woman who is experiencing much "releasing and letting go" now of old worn emotions relating to the ways to love and the related heart-felt trauma which no longer serves us.

We all have this, and now we can gratefully remove this each time we "feel" another recalcitrant layer or sadness or bubble or issue ready to rise out of us.

Simply say Gary Young's wonderful words as you apply this worthy oil (Valor) all over the heart area, and more to the spot where you're feeling the hurt.

His words are meant to be spoken with great love. They are "I lovingly and willingly release and let go ALL that no longer serves my highest good in a positive and progressive way". Then thank God for this. He will take it.

Then you will instantly feel wonderful ways coming back to you. It is amazing. This is a fact.

If you have to do it several times to get a difficult emotion out, then do that, with gratitude always in your heart as you say the words. This way will last me until I encounter another one ready to rise out.

I have to remember to go through this process. If I forget, then it festers, and I simply grow more imbalanced, having to cry hard to get it out.

That takes a lot of time ~ and Gary's way, to release it with great love, is far easier, and I can then get about my day with gusto.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: behavior,mental-health,emotions — "The present study indicated that lavender aromatherapy as a potential therapeutic modality could alleviate premenstrual emotional symptoms, which, at least in part, is attributable to the improvement of parasympathetic nervous system activity. This study further implies that HRV could evaluate the efficacy of aromatherapy using various fragrances to relieve premenstrual symptoms, and ultimately, support the mind and body health of women."Link
2.Associated topics: behavior,mental-health,emotions — "Beta-Caryophyllene [component of cannabis, clove, copaiba], a CB2 [cannabinoid] receptor agonist produces multiple behavioral changes relevant to anxiety and depression in mice.... these preclinical results suggest that CB2 receptors may provide alternative therapeutic targets for the treatment of anxiety and depression. The possibility that BCP may ameliorate the symptoms of these mood disorders offers exciting prospects for future studies."Link
3.Associated topics: behavior,mental-health — "A number of essential oils are currently in use as aromatherapy agents to relieve anxiety, stress, and depression. Popular anxiolytic oils include lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), rose (Rosa damascena), orange (Citrus sinensis), bergamot (Citrus aurantium), lemon (Citrus limon), sandalwood (Santalum album), clary sage (Salvia sclarea), Roman chamomile (Anthemis nobilis), and rose-scented geranium (Pelargonium spp.)."Link
4.Associated topics: behavior,mental-health — "Most studies, as well as clinically applied experience, have indicated that various essential oils, such as lavender, lemon and bergamot can help to relieve stress, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. Most notably, inhalation of essential oils can communicate signals to the olfactory system and stimulate the brain to exert neurotransmitters (e.g. serotonin and dopamine), thereby further regulating mood."Link
5.Associated topics: behavior — "The ylang ylang oil caused a significant decrease of blood pressure and a significant increase of skin temperature. At the behavioral level, subjects in the ylang ylang oil group rated themselves more calm and more relaxed than subjects in the control group. These findings are likely to represent a relaxing effect of the ylang ylang oil and provide some evidence for the usage of the ylang ylang oil in aromatherapy such as causing a relief of depression and stress in humans."Link
6.Associated topics: behavior,mental-health,emotions — "Lavender essential oil has been used as an anxiolytic [anxiety] drug, a mood stabilizer, a sedative, spasmolytic [muscle spasms], antihypertensive [high blood pressure], antimicrobial, analgesic [pain] agent as well as a wound healing accelerator.... The present study suggests that inhalation of lavender essential oil may be an effective and safe treatment modality in acute management of migraine headaches."Link
7.Associated topics: behavior — "The results indicate that children’s shared attention behaviors increased during aromatherapy massage and that other aspects of their behavior also changed over the course of the research. Family involvement in the study enabled these changes to be transferred from school to home.... Steve Solomons explores the implications of his research for new teaching and learning opportunities for children with autistic spectrum disorders and severe learning difficulties."Link
8.Associated topics: behavior — "[P]re-clinical and clinical research available today demonstrat[es] the power, safety, and effectiveness of natural compounds [particularly aromatherapy] for relieving stress and anxiety....
