My husband and nephews cut down a 40-foot blue Spruce tree that was against our house. They cut up the entire tree and hauled it away. Unfortunately, the sap from the evergreen was all over them!

I gave the skeptics my Lemon essential oil and told them to rub a drop or two on the sap. It rubbed off immediately with no water and no soap... and left a great smell! I also put a drop of Lemon essential oil on the sap spots on their clothes, and the sap came right out in the wash.

I use Lemon essential oil when I put up the Christmas tree too. And I love how it removes sap from ornaments! Just know that you may need to mix the Lemon oil with a little V-6 Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex so that you don't remove a paint finish from the ornaments.
