My Thieves Oil Recipe For Body Odor

I began to have trouble with my deodorant causing me rashes and breakouts, so I had to discontinue its use. As a massage therapist I work in an overly heated studio and was concerned with my body odor when I was working.

I inquired about using the Thieves oil blend under my arms and on my feet and was told these were considered "hot" oils and I should be careful, they were not usually used under the arms because of the delicate skin there.

Well, I decided to cleanse from the inside out to lower my toxic levels so at least my sweat was less likely to putrefy. But I also wanted to put something under my arms to help prevent the bacteria from growing. Knowing how amazing Thieves oil is for killing bacteria just about everywhere else, I decided I would be brave and try it there.

I started by putting a small amount of vegetable oil in the palm of my hand, about a silver dollar size, and then dropped one drop of Thieves into it and mixed it with both hands together. Then I applied it under my arms and both feet paying attention to between the toes and nails.

The area immediately felt warm but tolerable. I loved the smell and it kept me relatively odor free for about half the day. But I persevered and kept upping the number of drops every few days.

Now I use three drops with the oil under my arms and feet and can happily say that it has done the trick. I also have done a fast using the Master Cleanse plan and can say that I no longer offend myself or my clients.
