Every night I rub Basil on my knees and lower legs and ankles so my legs will be still in the bed. It somehow soothes any odd sensations. (I have a curved spine and maybe the nerves from my back might affect my legs)
About 3 drops of Basil in the palm of my hand with a quarter's worth of V-6 mixing oil, rub my hands together and spread over both legs.
Just 3 drops per night makes all the difference in the world. It stops the unpleasant and overwhelming urges to move my legs while at rest.
I can sleep now!
