Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Every night I rub Basil on my knees and lower legs and ankles so my legs will be nice and still in the bed.

It somehow soothes any odd sensations. I have a curved spine and the nerves from my back might affect my legs. I am not exactly sure, just an educated guess.

I add 3 drops of Basil in the palm of my hand with a quarter's worth of V-6 mixing oil, rub my hands together and spread over both legs.

Just 3 drops per night makes all the difference in the world.

I can sleep now!
