Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
My mom-in-law who I dearly love, got rid of her carpet, and she has only wood floors. We were at her house last night to visit. For me to do Reiki on her Diabetic legs, I must sit on the floor, while she props up her legs.
I didn't think last night, and I just put a few oils on my hands to apply to her legs, while doing Reiki. I had oil on my hands (w/carrier oil too) before I realized, I hadn't sat down first, so I carefully (not enough) tried to sit w/o getting the oils on my clothes, or the furniture, so my weight was on my elbows, and an awkward position. I of course strained my back slightly.
I couldn't understand why my back was hurting last night at bedtime, then it came to me. So, I put on the "Ortho Ease" and rubbed it on, and went to bed. It of course did the trick. During the night, I stretched, and began to get a slight twinge in my right calf, like a Charlie horse. But, I went back to sleep.
I woke up this morning and felt still sore enough to need something else. It immediately came to me, to use "Aroma Siez" along w/PanAway. Aroma Siez for my calf, and the mix of the two for my lower back.
Thank you.
