Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I was at my office on a Sunday to catch up on necessary paperwork. I had to do it before Monday. But since it was December and a friend was having a midday open house for Christmas, I went there first.

After a modestly spiked hot drink, a few cookies, and a little fudge, I found it very hard to concentrate when I sat at my desk. My head was swimming and I felt very low energy.

So I took a bottle of Grapefruit essential oil, held it under my nose, and breathed it deeply for about 15 minutes. When I put it down, I was surprised to find that my mind felt completely clear and ready. I got my work done!
