Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

For several months now I have been faithfully applying a drop to the base of the skull, down the neck (brainstem) and inhaling deeply before bed. The result is that I continue to see small blips of past memories.

They come up like short movies in a detached sort of way where I can watch them from the perspective of who I am now as they pass by and release. There is always the realization... WOW, that time of my life was stressful too...I had never noticed at the time.

Neither did I notice how these years of internalized stress and tension never unwound or relaxed, not even during sleep. They just continued accumulating.

I am continually unwinding that core stress, which made "being me" stressful, affecting quality of life, choices, relationships and such. However it became so familiar that it didn't truly get my attention, mostly running under the surface but always there.

You know... it hits in the digestion, or poor sleep, or PMS... or an aching back. Those all too common symptoms that we have begun to regard as normal aging are not normal at all.

Healing happens a layer at a time, the change of one habit after another, and the addition of a new healthy habit to replace it. RutaVaLa has become one of my new healthy habits.
