Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

For years, I have struggled with chemical sensitivities. The substances that I have found to be helpful to me now must be pure and beneficial or I will not bother with them. This testimonial is about how I deal with small actinic keratosis spots on my face. They feel like tiny grains of sand that are stuck in your skin and are usually removed by a dermatologist.

I went to see a dermatologist, she froze them off but they came back. What I do for them now is use Frankincense, Lavender and any of the citrus oils like Grapefruit, Tangerine or Lemon.

I use them full strength but didn't at first. I just use one at a time or layer them, and vary them also (not the same one every day) for a wonderful end result. I used to have quite a few bumps and now only have 4 left. They are fading naturally.

I thank the Lord for the natural things he shows us can help with our physical issues. Anyone who thinks they have actinic keratosis should be checked by a doctor first for skin cancer.

Best of health to you!
