Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I recently reconnected with an old friend who I hadn't seen in over 30 years. After chatting for awhile she commented that she is having a tough time with hot flashes and her HRT is not helpful.

I suggested putting some Peppermint oil on the back of her neck and on her chest area where she was feeling the most warmth.

She commented within 20 minutes that her hot flashes were gone! She emailed me the next day telling me that she is able to sleep through the night for the first time in a long time due to the use of the Peppermint oil before bedtime.

These oils are amazing!
