For your information, a testimonial from me and a friend of mine:

I have had a year's worth of inconsistent sleep, some from perimenopause and some from higher-than-normal blood sugar from my diabetes. About two months ago, I started just using one drop of Valerian and one drop of Lavender oil, two of the ingredients in the RutaVaLa oil blend which I already had on hand.

Immediately (as in that very first night) I slept through the night for the first time in ages and woke up feeling MUCH better. This has continued for about two months now!

I did order a bottle of the RutaVaLa and have had good luck with it as well. Now I am trying one drop of Valerian and one drop of the Peace & Calming oil blend and it's working well too.

These oils and blends can be applied to the wrists and/or neck.

I told my friend about my RutaVaLa success after she told me she also has had horrible sleep issues for well over a year. I ordered her a bottle and sent it to her as a gift. She's in awe because she too has now had a month of deep and restful sleep every night.
