Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Spring is here, and I am an avid gardener. Gardening in my yard also includes a lot of weeding!

I have arthritis, but I don't let this keep me from working in my garden.

In the past I have massaged the PanAway oil blend or Wintergreen into my hands after gardening to relieve the aching joints in my hands, and this always helps alleviate the pain.

However, this year I decided to try something a little different. I massage PanAway into my hands before I start gardening - this works great!!

Sometimes I might need another application after gardening, but often the pre-application prevents the pain from occurring.

PanAway has proven itself to be very effective for combating arthritis pain.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: joints, osteoarthritis, arthritis — "Ruxiang (Gummi olibanum), the dried gum resin of Boswellia carterii (BC) [frankincense], has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate pain and inflammation for thousands of years.... The data show that BC extract has significant anti-arthritic and anti-inflammation effects and suggest that these effects may be mediated via the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines."Link
2.Associated topics: joints, osteoarthritis, arthritis — "We have demonstrated that Boswellia frereana [frankincense] prevents collagen degradation, and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and MMPs. Due to its efficacy we propose that B. frereana should be examined further as a potential therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory symptoms associated with arthritis."Link
3.Associated topics: joints — "Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne, with lavender oil. It is also used in a healing bath for joint and muscle pain. One study evaluating treatments for children with eczema found [that] it was therapeutic touch from the mother that improved symptoms; in other words, massage with and without essential oils (including lavender) both reduced the dry, scaly skin lesions. Another study found that lavender oil may improve pain control after surgery."Link
