My husband was diagnosed with arthritis in his left knee.
Then it was discovered by the same doctor that he had a bone spur in his heel.
It hurt like crazy when he bumped his foot certain directions.
He applied the RC oil blend twice a day for a few weeks and now he has not had that same pain for awhile.
We hope it has dissolved. He didn't do anything else so we believe RC did the trick.
