NingXia Red juice has been a part of my diet for a year now. Almost immediately, I started to have much more energy every day.
I was hoping that it would reduce the sugar craving but it hasn't. However, I have cataracts. It had been a year and a half since last getting my eyes checked. To my surprise, I could see perfectly with my glasses and my cataracts haven't become worse. "You are somehow seeing perfectly through the cataracts," said the doctor, with mild surprise.
