My husband twisted his knee during martial arts practice. He partially tore his ACL. We treated it aggressively with these oils internally 10 drops each twice a day: Helichrysum and Balsam Fir. We applied lemongrass, cypress, Regenolone cream, peppermint and PanAway topically 2 to 3 times a day. He took 10 Sulferzyme twice a day and doubled up on BLM twice a day. He took 4 to 5 ounces of Ningxia Red a day too. His doctor couldn't believe how fast he healed, he was walking on it within a few days and it was pain free within two weeks. He was off from the gym for about 2 months and when he went back he didn't loose any condition and he was still the last man standing because of his stamina. (Thanks Ningxia Red!)
