Here are three recommendations if you have difficulties falling asleep or don't sleep all through the night:

1. A couple of drops of Lavender on my pillow. That helped me to relax.

2. A couple of drops of Valor under each foot made me sleep much deeper.

3. NingXia Red juice. First I thought that this juice made you feel more alert, but somehow it also soothes your nerves and stomach, which makes it a perfect "snaps" just before bedtime.
