Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I suffered with sinus problems for years. Recently I bought a neti pot, used the standard salt solution and added one drop each of the Thieves oil blend, Lavender, Thyme, Eucalyptus, Camphor and Melaleuca.

I began using this mixture twice daily and in one week I had no sinus issues at all. I am down to once daily now with just the saline solution, unless around someone who is ill with an upper respiratory problem.

The entire office has been out with colds and the flu, but I have been relatively unscathed by illnesses this fall and winter because my MD says I am eliminating potential bacteria and viruses with my irrigations. This use of multiple oils as preventative medicine is a staple for me now.
