About a week and a half ago, I slipped and fell at home. The big toe on my left foot was hyper-extended all the way back and touched the top of my foot. I fell backwards on the floor. My big toe was in extreme pain.

A friend was visiting and she too uses Young Living Essentisl Oils. She immediately applied a few drops of Peppermint, Lavender, PanAway and Wintergreen. Within a couple minutes the pain stopped. I didn't realize at the time exactly what I did to basically my whole foot. I am sure that I pulled the muscles and ligaments because my foot started to hurt too. I started applying the oils and also used Neurogen Creme several times a day. The next day, my foot was sore, but not hurting. Each day got better, and now I can't even tell I fell. The oils are wonderful!
