Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Since drinking NingXia Red on a daily basis, I've noticed that I don't HAVE to have chocolate on a daily basis. I used to have to have at least one little bite everyday. I felt that 'just one little bite' was ok but deep down inside I knew that it really wasn't. I'm noticing the same with my sugar intake.

I would always want to have a desert (justification: I'd split it with my husband & whoever else was there) but now I don't. Now-it's not like I don't ever have sugar & chocolate, but it's a concious choice if I want to put this into my body or not. I feel like my blood sugar is balanced out & I have loads of energy after drinking my NingXia Red. I would love to be able to just drink NingXia Red all day long!
