Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I am bipolar and have been on anti-depressants for over 10 years.

Since I started using the Joy essential oil blend, I have reduced the number of antidepressant pills I take daily and my depression is so much better. It's not gone, but I don't get so depressed, just sad and irritable. When I do, I put a drop of Joy behind each ear and rub some on the back of my head. What's left I rub over my heart.

When I am feeling manic, I inhale Frankincense and put a drop on the top of my head (crown chakra) and rub some on my forehead and the back of my head (brow chakra). It really calms me down. Sometimes I put one drop on the bottom of each big toe. This helps too.
