One summer I had a paper cut on my index finger. While cleaning the hot tub, I had to use Muriatic Acid, which is another name for hydrochloric acid, and is highly corrosive. Even with gloves on, some of this acid got into my paper cut and started eating my skin until it was almost down to the bone and the size of a pencil eraser.
I immediately washed it, and applied put a few drops of Lavender oil. I continued to put Lavender on it 3 times a day for about 10 days and it had regenerated by then. You can not even see where the cut was.
I love this Lavender oil! It's so good for human skin.
