One day my husband I were taking a walk in the bush with my sponsor and his wife and my sponsor was experimenting with the oils he was putting in his water bottle. We got quite thirsty so each time we stopped we put different oils in our water. One particular combination really dealt with my thirst. It was sweet, spicy and cooling. Can you guess what it was - one drop each of Fennel, Cinnamon and Peppermint. Mmmmm, mmmmmmm!
