My son wanted to lose about 70 pounds and knew that he would need to start working out as well as making dietary changes. Being a dad with two young children he knew that the only time that he could fit in a workout would be after the children were in bed or approximately 10 o'clock pm. He started his routine at 10 pm only to find that he had zero energy and then trouble falling to sleep when he returned home.
