I have found that rubbing two drops of the Peace & Calming blend on the soles of my feet at night just as I get into bed, helps me relax and sleep well.

I also apply Peace & Calming, two drops on each shoulder, before going to sleep. Very relaxing!

I also drop Lemon oil in the palms of my hand, rub hands together and inhale. This works wonders for me. I fall asleep immediately and sleep sound all night.

I LOVE the smell of these fantastic oils!
