Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Three weeks ago, a client fell and broke his left wrist and had hairline fractures in his right wrist and hand. The left wrist was set in a cast by medical personnel and the right wrist and hand was left unrestricted. He was given a prescription of percocet for pain.

He is a clean and sober former addict and should not ingest addictive pain medications. I gave him Wintergreen and Lavender oil and instructed him to apply it to the hand of the casted wrist as well as to his left hand and wrist.

Specifically, to apply about two or three drops of Lavender first, also using mental and emotional intention that the Lavender would soothe his pain and facilitate the recovery of the soft tissue surrounding the fractures.

Then he was to apply a couple drops of Wintergreen in the same manner to these locations with the intention that the Wintergreen would facilitate the proper regeneration of the bone.

Then he was to seal these oils in with vegetable oil (he used olive oil and almond oil alternately, as he didn't have Young Living V-6 oil). I suggested he go through this routine at least three times a day.

This man also meditates and does visual imagery to help himself. He reported that after the first week of using only these two oils along with his meditation and self healing imagery, the pain was reduced and he had only taken three of the pain pills prescribed, and after the first couple of days didn't need pain pills. The cast had been set wrong, and was replaced twice, and he continued to use the oils.

After the third week, the doctor was amazed when he took off the cast and x-rayed his right wrist, saying his right wrist had knitted very quickly and while he needed to wrap it and still be very careful, he is medically released to go back to light duty on his construction job, where he is a foreman so he won't have to swing a hammer.

He continues to use the oils three times a day and wrap both hands, and is very pleased with how Lavender and Wintergreen facilitated the bones of his hands. He also recommends using the meditation prayer and intentional affirmations in conjunction with the oils.

Our study demonstrates for the first time that essential oils and monoterpenes are efficient inhibitors of bone resorption...."Link
