I had been suffering from Acid Reflux for a few years and was having to take medication every day to control it. I decided that I didn't want to continue to be dependent on medication for the rest of my life so I decided to try Peppermint as a way to ease the symptoms. I added on drop of oil to a cup of hot water and found that after a few days of doing this, I didn't need to take my medication every day. I continued for about two weeks and have been off my medication now for over 7 months. I feel great and if the symptoms begin again, I have a cup of Peppermint "tea".
