Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have headaches for as long as I can remember. At age 5 playing in the yard and jumping high jump and having a throbbing pain in my head that caused me to stop playing and cry myself to sleep. When I woke up my pain was gone and I felt so relieved.

So now 41 years later I continue to try methods to relieve the pain I feel in my head. Scent has always been a trigger for me. Women's perfume always made me have a piercing pain in my head. So smelling Lavender or Rose oils were sickening to me.

A little information about the focus of the CARE Program is to teach Raindrop Technique and associated skills, as originated and taught by D. Gary Young. They are courses that anyone can take.

These include the History of Anointing with Oils and Laying On of Hands, Applied Vita Flex, Raindrop Technique, Emotional Release, Essential Oil Science and Chemistry, Basic Principles of Aromatherapy as well as Hands-on Practice.

I took the CARE training in October of 2006 and decided to use the symptom of headache during the emotional clearing section of the class. We followed the directions from the instructor and there would be an oil that would help us process through the class. My oil was Lavender, I was so nervous about trying Lavender which always made me sick to my stomach and get a headache.

So with sweating hands and trembling heart I finished the process and with tears in my eyes I smelled Lavender for the first time with no pain. It actually smelled like a flower. I have not had trouble with Lavender since. It was an instant change in my perception and I could receive the oil into my system.

The Joy oil blend was at the table next to me so it was my chance to see if Rose (one of the oils in Joy) was going to bring on the same sharp pain in my head as it has done before. I reached for it and took a deep breath of the bottle and could smell it fully with no pain. I have spent most of my life being careful of smells and now I am not as sensitive.

Thanks to all who develop oils that have therapeutic affect.
