I'm 59 and have worn corrective lenses since I was 10. My vision had not changed in the past 3-4 years; I was still wearing the same contact lens prescription. Usually it would change at least every 2 yrs. I went for my annual exam last month, 2 months early becasue I could tell my perscription wasn't quite right. It wasn't.....my vision had improved in both eyes! My doctor said it is not unusual for near-sighted people to have an improvement in the near-sightedness at a certain age but usually the far vision gets worse. Both my near and far vision improved and I went down .5 on both my near and far contacts.
I've been using the Wolfberry eye cream twice a day for at least 3 years and now drinking NingXia Red 1-2 times daily. Sometimes I've added Frankincense or Juniper to the cream but not on a consistant basis. I had yearly labs done last week and my cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar were all low normal so I'm a happy camper.
