I looked on this site for help with toenail fungus. It suggested Lavender oil placed on the cuticle of the affected toe. I had some Lavender oil I had purchased and it helped a little.
Then I bought Lavender oil from Young Living and that is really taking care of the problem. The brownish areas in the nail have faded and now I see new nail growth that is not elevated like the affected nail was. I am so glad that I can take care of this without having to take an antifungal drug which can cause many side effects.
