Here is my newest testimonial and it's a big one. I have always hated that I didn't have something great for my personal testimonial. Isn't it terrible to be in such good health that you don't have anything big to tell about? Not at all. I'm just so lucky to have enjoyed good health for so long. Until this year, that is.

In February I fought a cough for about 3 weeks. After that I felt really good for about 2 weeks. Then it came back with a vengeance. Between stressing out over work and not having a proper diagnosis, I couldn't shake it off.

After 4 weeks, I went to work on a Monday. By 11:00 I was so cold that I went to my car and sat in the car for 40 minutes to get warm. The sun was right on me and it felt so good. I sat and read boring paperwork and didn't even fall asleep. I stayed pretty warm the rest of the day.

On Tuesday the same thing happened and I said to myself, "Self, this isn't right." So I called and made a doctor's appointment. I had been losing my ambition and felt exceptionally tired, so I thought that maybe my blood pressure had dropped drastically but I needed to know for sure.

By the time I got in to the exam room, my eyes were burning a little and I was shocked when they said I had a fever of 101.4. I didn't really feel like I had a fever. The doctor listened to my chest but didn't hear much so they took a blood test and chest x-rays to confirm their diagnosis of pneumonia. Yep, there it was.

So then the doctor asks: Do you have any allergies? No. Do you smoke? No Are you on medications? No, I don't do drugs, I do oils. I only came here because I needed a diagnosis. So he gives me a prescription for Levaquin. Did I run to the pharmacy? No.

I went home, ate supper and got on the Internet to research the drug. After the list of side effects, it says you cannot take any zinc, magnesium, iron or other minerals while taking Levaquin and your tendons could easily tear while on it. I didn't exactly like that since I particularly need my calcium/ magnesium supplement daily or I get terrible cramps in my feet. And I quite often lift heavy computers and monitors and didn't want to tear a tendon.

So, with my diagnosis in hand, I go to the essential oils reference book and checked out pneumonia. I had already been using a lot of the oils on my bronchial area but now I needed to go much lower. I picked out 5 oils and had my husband put them on the lung area of my back, then cover with a dry towel, a hot wet towel, and another dry towel. Then I used a retention enema with 1 oz olive oil and 20 drops of the RC oil blend.

I got up the next morning and felt fairly good. Not great, but I had to get to work for a project. Did the oils and towels before going to work again. By 1:00 I was zapped and felt a fever possibly coming on. I went home and had my husband apply 4 more oils to my back with hot towel.

I didn't do much the rest of the afternoon except rest as I was zapped while the fever was there. By suppertime the fever broke and I felt better but weak during the evening. I did the oils and towel thing again in the evening and a retention enema at bedtime with 1 oz V-6 mixing oil and 20 drops Thieves.

Got up the Thursday morning, and did more oils and hot towel. Had to go to work to work on a problem for what should have took 15 minutes and got stuck there for over 2 hours. Finally got back home and did another bout of oils and hot towel. Fever started coming back up and I was so tired and weak. I should have eaten, but just went to bed.

I finally had my husband fix me some poached eggs. By mid afternoon I was ready for another dose of oils and hot towel. Pretty soon my fever started breaking again and I felt better in time for supper. After supper we did more oils and hot towel. This time he did Reiki over my lung area before he put the towels on. He said he felt a lot of negative energy being pulled off.

I was bound and determined to keep fighting this with oils. They just had to work. But I also knew that I had to get better before next week as there was a lot I had to get done at work, so I decided if I wasn't better by Friday afternoon, that we would pick up the prescription so I could start on it over the weekend.

So, Thursday night I did a retention enema of 1 oz V-6 mixing oil and 20 drops Frankincense. When I got up Friday morning, I went down to fix breakfast and felt ambition for the first time in days. I saw the pile of dirty dishes from the day before and wanted to start on them.

I wasn't coughing constantly and deeply. It was starting to break up and not like it had been. But, I was also afraid to get my hopes up. After breakfast, I muscle tested all of the oils I have (about 75) to see which ones tested to use for the pneumonia. I tested for 11 of them. I also asked whether they should be used once or twice during the day and Thieves and the Hope oil blend tested for using twice.

The other ones I tested for were Sandalwood, the Joy, Inner Child, Exodus II blends, Peppermint, Frankincense, Goldenrod, Clove along with the Thieves and the Hope blend.

So my hubby applied the oils and did the Reiki again. This time his hands got super hot over the left lung He pulled off a lot more negative energy and flung it at the waste basket. He swears he heard it hit. So we did 3 oils and hot towel sessions during the day. Then for the retention enema I used .5 oz. V-6 mixing oil and 20 drops of the Aroma Siez oil blend.

On Saturday I got up and felt pretty good. A little tired but not without ambition. I muscle tested for 9 oils and hoped my shipment of oils would arrive since it contained the Raven, Sacred Mountain oil blends and Ravensara but it didn't.

He gave me 4 treatments with a hot towel and I felt really good after the 3rd one. When I went to bed, I did another retention enema with .75 oz. V-6 mixing oil, 2 drops Oregano, 2 drops Frankincense, 2 drops Rosemary and 2 drops Peppermint.

Easter Sunday morning I woke up feeling like a great weight had been lifted off me. I checked my pH and it was so alkaline it was almost off the chart. My lungs felt open and expanded. I could breath fully and yawn without straining to get my lungs full. I did cough a little loose but it wasn't deep.

Not to get my hopes up too fully because I know what set backs can do to you, I had my hubby do another series of 4 oils on my back, followed by Reiki, and let the hot shower push them in this time. Right after I got off the massage table, I had one deep cough that brought up a little mucus, but that was it.

I worked like normal the rest of the day and by evening was still going like the energizer bunny. I know I will need to continue to monitor my pH and watch for signs of a comeback. I will know what to do if the symptoms start to reoccur.

So why did this pneumonia take over my body when I use oils all the time and eat healthy food? I am a systems administrator at a bank where I am solely responsible for taking care of 70 computers and 8 servers at 4 locations. A awesome job to say the least and I can handle it pretty well since this has been my baby since 1990 when we put in our first computer.

At the first of the year I was told I had to take on another bank in our holding company as well which meant 20 more PC's and a server at 3 locations. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. It took me out of my comfort zone and my stress went up which meant my acidity level went up.

I tested my urine one morning and it was as low as the chart went. I had made a great home for disease and with all the germs around me from other people, they just moved into me too.

Even though I have used oils all along to stay healthy, when the right conditions came along, illness was still able to take over, but just continuing with the same oil routine would not have been enough. I had to pull out the big guns and go to war. This story may be long, but I want you to see what can be accomplished without drugs when we put our hearts, minds, and souls with God's way.

I am just thankful that I had the essential oils reference book, a good supply of oils, the knowledge to muscle test and determine what my body needed, and the good Lord to pull strength from. It also helps to have a great husband who will work with you all the way.

And by the way, I am framing my prescription. Think I should let the doctor know what I did?
