Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have been using Young Living products religiously for over 3 years now; I am a vegan and do not use anything or eat anything with chemicals in it. I also do the Master Cleanse 3-4 times per year so my body is not exposed to chemicals like most people.

I would like to share my experience with the oils. I had been in a wedding 2 weeks ago and everyone in the bridal party got their nails done; I had a French manicure. After returning home and about a week later on a Friday, I gave a Raindrop Technique to a client (still with nail polish on).

When I got home that evening, the oils had taken off the polish at the tips so I decided to take the rest of it off with some old nail polish remover and cotton balls. I normally don't use nail polish so the remover was probably a couple of years old. As a result of holding the cotton balls with my first two fingers and thumb, afterwards, the skin on my fingertips seemed to be shiny and without feeling.

S I washed my hands with Thieves Household Cleaner a couple of times. I took a shower using Young Living's bar soap. The skin on my index finger pulled away almost like a huge blister. So I peeled it off without thinking that it was skin I was taking off, not nail polish remover. Unsurprisingly, underneath my skin was raw!

After drying off, I noticed a couple of other fingers doing the same thing so I just peeled a small hole of skin on each finger so that air could breath inside because I didn't want to remove the skin since it would also be raw.

I had to put a band aid on my index finger so that I wouldn't injure it further but first applied Lavender oil and then Animal Scents ointment. I also applied Lavender and Animal Scents ointment to all of my fingers which probably sped up the process of the first layer of skin separating from my fingers.

It is very interesting to watch; I never would have thought this would happen but on the other hand (no pun intended), it makes perfect sense that the oils I already had in my fingers from the Raindrop session (and in my body anyway from all the products I use), in combination with Thieves and Lavender have totally eaten up the chemicals from my fingers!

It has been a very interesting science experiment - and one that I don't recommend! I now have six fingers on the mend and am applying oils daily as well as the Lavender hand lotion.
