Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Over 6 years ago, my back went out. Lying flat on my back, my sister-in-law suggested I see her chiropractor as he helps her with her back problems. I saw him for a few years and was rather disappointed that I was not seeing a noticeable improvement in my back pain.

He continued to tell me that I had to strengthen my back muscles with specific exercises and cardiovascular exercises. So I continued to visit the gym, some days I could only use the stair master, other days I could do some light lifting and then there were those days that I felt I would pass out from the pain.

One of those days is when I reconnected with Maureen, who is now my up line. She took tremendous pity on me as I lay flat on the floor in the gym in excruciating pain. Initially I resisted allowing her to help as I did not believe in the benefits of the oils.

Needless to say, through her persistence, I finally capitulated and within 30 seconds of Maureen massaging oil into my lower back, I was completely pain free! I asked her what it was and she told me the PanAway oil blend.

Within days, I joined as a distributor and now completely control my back pain (which is caused by mildly bulging disks in the L4 and L5 area as well as degenerative arthritis in that area) with the help of the oils.

Because I use them generally on a daily basis, I've found the need to rotate the oils so that they remain effective.

Now I am able to enjoy pilates and Thai kick boxing to strengthen my core muscles to also help minimize my pain.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: spine — "We examined the evidence regarding the effect of herbal medicine on pain in people with non-specific low-back pain (LBP).... Lavender essential oil applied by acupressure appeared effective in reducing pain and improving flexibility compared to conventional treatment."Link
2.Associated topics: arthritis — "Ruxiang (Gummi olibanum), the dried gum resin of Boswellia carterii (BC) [frankincense], has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate pain and inflammation for thousands of years.... The data show that BC extract has significant anti-arthritic and anti-inflammation effects and suggest that these effects may be mediated via the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines."Link
3.Associated topics: arthritis — "We have demonstrated that Boswellia frereana [frankincense] prevents collagen degradation, and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and MMPs. Due to its efficacy we propose that B. frereana should be examined further as a potential therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory symptoms associated with arthritis."Link
4.Associated topics: muscles — "[T]he effect of essential oils on skeletal and smooth muscle...: The first type of effect on skeletal muscle involved a contracture and inhibition of the twitch response to nerve stimulation shown by a sample of clary sage, dill, fennel, frankincense, and nutmeg; ...lavender reduced the twitch response alone."Link
5.Associated topics: muscles — "Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne, with lavender oil. It is also used in a healing bath for joint and muscle pain. One study evaluating treatments for children with eczema found [that] it was therapeutic touch from the mother that improved symptoms; in other words, massage with and without essential oils (including lavender) both reduced the dry, scaly skin lesions. Another study found that lavender oil may improve pain control after surgery."Link
6.Associated topics: degenerative-disc,muscles — "In nine studies, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) has shown effectiveness for arteriosclerosis, autism, Bells palsy, chemotherapy-induced toxicity, degenerative disc disease, detox, muscle wasting, muscular dystrophy, neuroblastoma, neuroprotection, oxidative stress, and spinal stenosis."Link
