I have noticed that my sugar cravings have diminished since using the NingXia Red juice.
I take one ounce of it twice a day. It really is the oddest thing since I have enjoyed sugar for quite a long time and now I simply don't want it.
Now things like figs, raisins, currants, and fruit (the ones for my blood type A) are just plain satisfying to me.
