Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

After learning that there are no "right or wrong" ways to use the oils, I was compelled to apply a few drops of the Joy essential oil blend to my lower back.

I have constant low back pain nearly all the time and sometimes it goes down into my right hip. I've tried using the PanAway oil blend, Peppermint and even Lavender from the Essential 7 Kit. Some relief but nothing great for me.

So I applied Joy one day and immediately had some "movement" back there in my spine. I felt the need to bend and stretch out my back. As I did, it made all sorts of cracking and popping sounds. In a few minutes my back no longer ached.

Now I rub a few drops of Joy to my lower back area every day!

I am not 100% pain-free, but it makes a HUGE difference and I hate to go one day without it!
