I tried Lavender oil last year on a poison ivy rash.

While it got rid of the itching for awhile, it still seemed like a long time before the whole thing went away.

This year when I got poison ivy (an occupational hazard of being a field botanist), I used Myrrh and it was simply amazing.

The next day it was half the size and it never resumed itching.

About 3 days of application, one drop per day and all that is left is a small raised area only slightly visible and no itching.
