While walking in the yard I stepped on a board with a rusty nail. It went thru the arch of my foot and it was difficult to move my toes. I used Thieves on the puncture and it did not even puss up. And I used Panaway on the bottom of my whole foot to help relieve the muscle pain. I couldn't walk on it the day of and the day after. I continued to use thieves on the puncture and Panaway on the muscles and toes. Then the following morning it wasn't sore anymore and in a week, I forgot all about it.
