Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have had severe insomnia for many years and most things that seem to help others don't do the trick for me. I am more relaxed after using Lavender oil or the Peace & Calming oil blend but still wide awake.

One evening my neck was aching (old whiplash injury) so decided to try some M-Grain oil blend on it. It not only took the pain out of my neck, but within minutes my eyes were too heavy to keep open! I fell asleep very quickly and slept through the night without tossing and turning.

So now I use this oil every evening. I put a few drops of M-Grain on my temples and neck and am out before I can turn off the TV! Being able to sleep at night like everyone else does is a godsend and a miracle.

I love M-Grain and ALL the Young Living oils and will never be without them!
