Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My 73 year old dad just had an infected molar extracted. A lot of pain in his jaw, sent home with a gaping hole and not a lot of help with the pain.

He has the Young Living Melrose oil blend and Peppermint oil, so I suggested that he put those right on the extraction area. I also suggested putting a drop on the toothbrush after regular brushing and work it into the gums. He was surprised when the pain went away and pretty soon got religious about applying the oils several times a day as needed.

I saw him a few days later and did a Raindrop Technique session on him. We included a topical application of the Thieves oil blend on his jaw, along with Wintergreen oil to move it deeper into the bone. He applied some Wintergreen oil directly on the gum as well.

I sent him home with a bottle of Clove oil, and he started using that too. You've probably heard that Clove is long revered by dentists for tooth pain, but its also a powerful antiviral/microbial. Dad has since obtained a bottle of Thieves, which contains Clove.

By the age of 73, teeth are often showing wear and tear, gums tend to draw away from the tooth and infection has a fantastic breeding ground. Dad has similar symptoms showing up in another molar and is already applying the oils to it. We'll see what his dentist has to say with the progress.

Little by little, my family has come to value the effect of essential oils, even though they may not fully understand how and why they work. Its been fun to watch!
