Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have been bothered for many decades, especially in the Spring and the early Fall, with sneezing. Sneezing 20 times in a row were common. Also, I had stuffed-up sinuses and watery eyes. Pills just made me sleepy and shots never did work. A few years ago, I started to diffuse YL Lavender oil for 15 minutes twice during the night and within days I noticed a great improvement.

Only an occasional sneeze or two and no more sinus or eye problems. I did this for two years and decided that I no longer needed to do this. Boy, was I wrong. It cleared right up again within two nights of diffusing with that good old Young Living Lavender.

Then, the following year I decided to try using up another therapeutic grade brand that I still had on hand. NOT as good...started sneezing 4-8 times with those watery eyes and a stuffy nose. Needless to say, I went back to YL. I've heard people say that this Spring (2006) is a bad one for pollen.

But I am enjoying my days out there without any problems!
