Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Dragon Time is a must for me during PMS. I will literally wake up in the middle of the night with cramps and run a warm bath with V-6 mixing oil and the Dragon Time essential oil.

The cramps will be smoother and more endurable upon getting out of the bath. I will sleep like a rock after the bath and awake feeling refreshed.

When I am out of Dragon Time I use Clary Sage or Clary Sage with Lavender oil. It is the perfect choice for supporting normal healthy emotions during the menstrual cycle.

All have great results with bad menstrual cramps.
