The following is a testimonial for the Endoflex oil blend from a co-worker of mine, who started using the blend for premenstrual bloating, cramps and fatigue:

Hello:

Still feeling great and amazed at how I am having no need to take Midol every 6 hrs. They really weren't helping me that much anymore anyway. Here is my testimonial:

I had been experiencing a horribly intense bloating for several months along with some constipation which together kept worsening instead of subsiding after menstruation. It felt like it just continued to the next cycle and worsened above what already existed prior, to the point where my energy levels dropped and I just felt tired, achy and that everything required more effort and discomfort in how my clothes fit me.

Nothing I tried seem to help on my own that had worked before and I was about to contact the doctor when I had the pleasure of speaking with a friend about it. She thoroughly went over my symptoms and what I was experiencing and after a few days of going over information we both decided Endoflex would be good for me.

When I received Endoflex, I again spoke with her regarding what the best way for me to use it. I put a drop of oil in my hand and rubbed it on my belly and put a little on my thyroid and the bottom of my feet where indicated for the thyroid and digestive areas. I almost immediately felt the bloating subside.

What amazed me the most was about a week later which was the first day of my period I would have gotten such intense cramps I wouldn't even have been able to exercise and I did with no problem. I basically would just have spent the day on the couch from the pain or be dragging through the day because of it.

I put the oil on the same as I applied it the week prior and the cramps disappeared, along with the bloating. The first day of my period, I applied it at night too and there were no cramps or me waking up in pain. I had a good night's sleep. I feel my energy levels back and I am so pleased.

Also, I am not experiencing the on and off constipation anymore which added to the bloating and the horribly uncomfortable feeling throughout the month. I would literally be living on Midol at least 2 weeks out of the month because of the discomfort I was experiencing, and now I am taking none!

Can I tell you how great it feels to feel like normal again - thank you!
