Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

It was the last evening of "my days off" and my daughter was helping me put supper on the table. She had just removed a Corningware dish of food from a 400-degree oven where it had been for 15 minutes, and put it on the table. It didn't register with me that it had not come out of the microwave, and I picked it up with my left hand - and put it right back down, but fast! I had severely burned the tufts of my thumb and all four fingers!

I immediately began running cold water over my fingertips while my daughter ran to get my bottle of Lavender. I patted my skin dry with a towel and doused my fingers with a couple of drops apiece and went into the living room to sit down with my hand elevated while my family ate their dinner.

By the time Suzy had plates made for her dad and herself, my burned fingers had stopped hurting, and so I asked her to make me one too! I'd say it took 3-5 minutes, but that is much better than the 24 hours of throbbing pain I have always experienced in the past. Besides the recurring pain you get when you forget & use hot water to wash your hands with.

Why was I so thrilled? As a medical transcriptionist, my living depends on my being able to feel the keys on a computer keyboard - and to do so quickly and accurately - without pain! Today I am in awe at being able to do my job painlessly. I feel that I owe a debt of gratitude to Jehovah for creating a little plant we call Lavender, and to Gary Young for learning all about it and making it easier to obtain and use. THANK YOU!
